Stonetown Worship Centre is a new (October 1, 2017) church in St. Marys under the leadership of Rev. John and Rev. Jane Goodwin.

John and Jane are the founders of Worship With Us Ministries, a Canadian registered charity established in January 2003. They have been involved in missions in Eastern Europe since 1996, taking and hosting teams at the Worship With Us base there. (See www.worshipwithus.ca). They have lived in St. Marys since 2013, having moved by a round about route (ask them for the story!) from Hamilton, where they lived and ministered for 25 years.

We believe in the importance of unity among believers, and that God has a place for everyone. We bless the people of God wherever they are found. October 1, 2017 John and Jane, together with Roger and Bette Markle “took the leap” and began to meet in town at 23 Water St. S. - the former "Stonetown Diner".

We enjoy the presence of God weekly - He is faithful and expect to see the church increase. We invite you to join us if you don't have a church home. We especially welcome those who have not been at church for a while, feel they lost their enthusiasm for church, or never went to church at all. It’s a place to come to church when you’re really not sure about church!

John and Jane are ordained with Independent Assemblies of God International (Canada) Inc., a Pentecostal denomination with roots in revival in Scandinavia, established in North America in 1935. (See website, www.iaogcan.com). Roger is ordained with Partners In Harvest.

We believe in standard and orthodox Christian doctrine - salvation through the sacrifice of Jesus, the resurrection, the indwelling and empowering of the Holy Spirit, the reliability and trustworthiness of the Bible as the basis for life and doctrine, the coming return of Jesus to bring His people to eternal relationship with him.

We believe in the gifts of the Spirit as the equipping of God for service in His Kingdom on earth. (For a full statement of faith, please see www.worshipwithus.ca/information). We anticipate and pray for revival - a significant move of God in our midst.

We are a friendly bunch! You are welcome to visit and worship with us. Sunday services start at 10:30 and go until about 12:00. We have coffee and tea.
